Psycho-kenesis is the phenomenon of control projected by the psyche. Psycho-Kinesis is based on the theory that if brainwaves are strong enough, they can seize control of matter and energy. Of course, this takes an intense amount of cranial strength and ordinary human minds are not capable of working this phenomenon.

To classify psycho-kinesis two or more of these symptoms must be proven:
- Unconscious manipulating of matter and energy.
- Consciously induced high-level brain wave activity.
- Psychic side effects, such as certain mental illnesses or an extreme state of mind (such as anger, anxiety, or dangerous tendencies.)
- Half-conscious psycho-kinetic phenomena.
